| It's so bad you don't know if you should read any further.... let's hear 'em! |
|
|||
| I'll have to dig one out, but almost any book by Faulkner: by the time I'm finished rearranging the grammar, I'm too tired to continue! Porkpal |

| "It was the best of books, it was the worst of books..." Okay, bad joke... In the end, only kindness matters. Art and Artists & The Reading Room http://cubits.org/thereadingroom/ |

| Oh I found some obviously self published bad book last week at the library- I hope I can find it again. I think that I shall never see...A poem lovely as a tree ( Kilmer) Whatever the weather, you can bring your own sunshine (DD) I'm not REAL smart but I think I'm pretty good average (my dad) |

| Honeymoon in Space by George Griffiths While Zaidie was talking the Astronef was sweeping swiftly down towards the surface of Venus, through scenery of whose almost inconceivable magnificence no human words could convey any adequate idea. |

| woo eey- badly in need of rephrasing!! I think that I shall never see...A poem lovely as a tree ( Kilmer) Whatever the weather, you can bring your own sunshine (DD) I'm not REAL smart but I think I'm pretty good average (my dad) |

| Aw, now - certainly we could put a few more words in there.... In the end, only kindness matters. Art and Artists & The Reading Room http://cubits.org/thereadingroom/ |

| certainly a comma after "talking", after "magnificence" my brain tripped over itself and I had to read it several times, finally aloud. Cripes, just looked it up, it was written in 1901, which may explain things! |

| Well that reminds me of The Last of the Mohicans- and in looking for its opening sentence I saw this in a customer review "(although you'll still need to use a machete to cut through some mile-long sentences!). " LOL The self published book (A Rose for (somebody)) didn't pan out. Its first line was normal. But after a couple more you sense this book is a doozie. Plus BONUS it has illustrations by the author !! Even the cover! It looks like something that average high schooler could produce. | Ugh. H just bought me The Last of the Mohicans at the library sale for 25cents. Said he thought I'd like it. I told him I didn't even like the movie. |
|

| Oh, the book has GOT to be better than the movie!!! In the end, only kindness matters. Art and Artists & The Reading Room http://cubits.org/thereadingroom/ |
