How neat to see birds that I've never seen before!

Janet: Love that Whooper Swan! I've never heard of that one before, sure is a neat looking bird ... and my what huge feet!!

Lee Anne: Beautiful Trumpeter Swans, those are pretty big birds too! The Trumpeter is especially pretty!

I think I'd like to live on a lake and have birds like those to watch every day.

I just got back from California, went to San Diego for my nephew's wedding. The house we stayed at had a gorgeous patio/deck area with a huge fountain and hummers would come in the morning and evening to bathe and drink from the fountain. I wish there had been a lot more time to take pic's of birds. I did manage to get one fairly clear one of a hummer one afternoon.
