Carol, the book is already written, it's only a matter of publishing it. And the subject is pretty much the same as the many articles I wrote for another site over the course of several years, growing up in the mountains with a great aunt and a grandmother who were extremely good with 'living off the land' and making do with what they had. Most of those articles also were about medicinal plants, which was Aunt Bett's expertise and she taught it to me. So without going into it very deeply, it is a book about a different time, a different place, a different culture, but worthy of remembering. Thanks much...I appreciate you!

and I can't wait until that book is published so I can buy it. Thank you for your tireless work Sharon. I'm not a writer but I am an avid reader. I could spend hours in any library. I love visiting all the places books take me and learning so much. You know how sometimes you're asked what you would have with you on a deserted island? For me it would be book(s) and more books Thanks again for all you do! vic

I think Sharon should sign copies for everyone she has a cubit with. Oh wait. That's half the population. Okay, Sharon should sign copies for everyone who considers her a best friend. Oh wait. That's just about everybody. Alright. Sharon should sign copies for everyone in New York State, who owns a cubit with her, who considers her a best friend, and who's name is Nancy. That should narrow the field down considerably!

How about if Sharon just makes sure she has signed copies for anyone who wants one? Like me! :) Equestrian fiction, YA contemporary, Paranormal Romance, and more http://www.tonileland.com

How about Sharon just have a big Book Signing Party/Announcement and we all show up, pot-lucking food with us, bringing our book bucks and extra pens/pencils so she can sign them all on site, eh? Those of us waiting in line can sing, dance a jig, tell tall tales, read excerpts from her book, and, and, well, you get the picture. Shoe Toni...love your website. See you around!

"...with face red, lips mumbling, thoughts whirling, she beats a hasty retreat to her door, wondering half to herself....Dear Lord, please just keep these fingers nimble enough to keep right on typin'....and maybe could you please not let the arthritis in them get any worse......" Listen, my very bestest friends....If I ever get that book published, in print or otherwise, don't you know you'll be able to hear me yellin' no matter how far away you are? And Toni...you're gonna be so very tired of me....

Shoe.... Yes! Absolutely. You know, Fate...even by any other name....has always played a big part in my life. Just when I was about ready to give up on my book, along came Toni, an old friend whose path had not crossed mine in a few years. So with her help and your encouragement, this book dream just might come true. Y'all have a real good day. And thank you so much for all your words.

| Congratulations to you, Sharon and Tony, for such outstanding work in a very short period of time. I can understand why writing in cyberspace is so popular. It's instant gratification for the writer, but even more important to me is the fact that I can converse with my readers and have immediate access to their feedback. You've taken it a step further and enhanced this experience by providing access to immediate feedback and expertise during the actual writing process. Not only that, you've given us a venue for navigating that often difficult process of getting our work published. Kudos!
