All written materials, personal photos or videos found within the Yoga for Life website (at Cubits.org) were authored, produced, and belong to the Administrator of Yoga for Life, Maridell Standish. The exception to this are the individual posts of Cubit Members consisting of personal comments, opinions, advice, and photos which belong solely to them. Information that does not belong to the poster should be properly credited to the person to whom it does belong.

No information supplied by the administrator of Yoga for Life is intended to replace the advice of a medical doctor. As with any health concerns or exercise program, consult with a doctor prior to attempting any new activity.
