I got a new nikon camera for my BD and it is amazing. So much more advanced than my kodac. I am afraid I will never learn to do it justice but I am really enjoying it.

I got the nikon coolpix L110. I have figured out enough to take pics but I'm sure they can be much better when I get more aquainted with it. Reading the owner's manual would be a good start. lol What can I say? I have a very short attention span and am not very patient.

Hilarious! My too. I have the short attention span, and also the CRS disease Sad I almost immediately forget what I just read, especially when it comes to the techy manual stuff Hilarious! Mine is a Nikon DX40 I've had it for years, so really no excuse as to why I do not yet know how to take good close-up pix of insects. I guess I forget to learn how until I see the shot and want to take it, then I dont know how! Hilarious!

I was just getting good with the kodak. It was 6 years old and I had used it so much it would no longer read there was a SD card in it so I could only take about 40 pics on the internal memory. I am going to pass it down to my DGS who is 9. He loves to take pics too.

My son inherited my old digital sony point n shoot. that camera takes some GREAT photos, but was only 5 megapixels, so I couldnt enlarge them. Sad DS has hardly used the camera, usually DH uses it instead Hilarious!

I really dislike the learning curve every time I buy a new electronic thingie. Right now I'm fighting/learning about my new monitor and how to adjust all the settings on it. I badly need a new phone, but hesitate buying one because everytime I do, I push all the wrong buttons and hang up on people etc. Too hard to learn a new one. I guess I'm a habitual kinda person in some ways. Hilarious!

My favorite cell phone was the old Nokia. Few bells and whistles but GREAT reception. My kinda technology. I don't even have a cell phone now and I don't miss it.

My kodak was a 5 megapixel. It was state of the art when I got it. LOL
Still takes great pics.

Speaking of electronics.... I just got a network extender here for the house today. Its supposed to give me a cell phone tower inside my home. It came wih directions that said plug these things into these places. thats it! $250. and they cant even give you a troubleshooting guide Grumbling Now all my lights are blue cept the one that says system. Looks like I get to spend the evening on the phone troubleshooting this thing. I really hate electronics! Grumbling

Well, after all that.... turns out I hafta send the $250 network extender back to the cell company Grumbling Lady who sold it to me (over the phone) promised me it will work in my area, turns out that it doesnt. I'm just stuck with no cell access up here. Oh well, one less bill to pay I guess Hilarious!

We only have cell reception here with one local company so we don't have cell phones.
