Matte Modge Podge-I use it for wallpaper paste and have also used it to seal paper floors so that the floor looks like linoleum.

Cutters-I'm not sure what they are called exactly but hobby builder's supply is now carrying them. It is a cutter instrument that is hand held and allows you to cut wood as various angles which has been such a life saver for wood trim. I'll try to find and post a link. I bought mine from a mini show years ago.

A cordless Dremel. I have all sorts of attachments for mine so that I can use it for drilling and and sanding and cutting. I used it to even cut the holes out of my dollhouse for windows.
