It's all about choices.
Hoyas are really very forgiving...most of them grow like Philodendrons which are harder to kill than cockroaches!!! They are real survivors: each node has the capability of producing 1) new roots from under the petiole (stem of the leaf) and, 2) new growth from the meristem which is a small 'gland' on the top of the petiole close to the main stem/vine. For this reason, when you cut off a leaf, don't cut it close to the stem/vine...leave about 1/8". Sometimes you can even see the little growth point as a wee speck/bump.
Leap. The net will appear.

Aloha Hoya

I have been collecting, studying and selling hoyas for about 10 years. This Cubit is about growing hoyas, and about the hoyas I have to sell. I welcome any and all hoya lovers, whether you want to buy or not. Hooked on Hoyas is another great Hoya sight
