I've got 7 Red Burgundy okra plants growing now, all started from seed about 2 months ago. They are about 18" tall, and starting to take off, almost overnight, it seems.

Five are planted in a raised bed full of a commercial veggie growers blend. One is planted in a a self watering eBucket, and the other is still in a Red Solo cup. Think I'll put it into an eBucket when I get home this evening!

P.S. Okra is the King of Summer, enjoying the heat, and much water! I tip my hat to you.
