My chard is coming back from the root left from last year! I left it to overwinter, wondering if it would come back & sure enough it did. And we had a few -20ยบ nights here, so this stuff is hardier than heck! It's mid-April & we've just about got chard again. Way ahead of new greens. Thumbs up
