Thanks everyone
Hurray! Moon gets a new roof.

No Moon these are in the backyard and vivacious Pam is in the front she hasn't bloomed yet. I haven't seen Double Dixie yet either and she's in the backyard.

Most of these are ones I got from generous people who shared and I paid the shipping or from that old farm house we went to and dug them up before they turned the place into a corn field. Thus I have no names for most of them.

I have a list someday I'm going to have to try and put my tags back out of the named ones as they bloom if I can remember which is which some are really close in looks and they are so overgrown they have become one big bunch instead of individuals.
I can't seem to find anyone around here that wants any and I can't bring myself to throw them in the burn pile. Crying

So please anyone who would like some speak up I'll be glad to share.

Have a great weekend.

Firstly, I wish I could join you...but....yeah of course there is always a But...and sometimes it is a 'butthead" Angry When I mentioned to DH you might be heading down this way in July/August and I might want to join you, he thought that might be a good time to tell me he talked with his brother....they are driving down in their daughter's RV and since the house in Thibodaux has been sold, they don't have a free place to park so they are coming here to use our place as a base of operations. Is murder still illegal? This will be the first time they have EVER been to our house....and I "just need to be here since he will have to work part of the time....blah blah blah" I wonder if I hadn't said anything how long it would have taken him to let me know?

The Sleep Inn is a really nice place.

Hurray! How fun! Make sure you get lots of pictures! We want to see pictures of the two of you! You can't be that close to each other and not meet.

I have a crazy hair picture to share:

That is kinda my thought Smiley...even if I have to meet JJ somewhere enroute. It is almost 1000 miles (13-14 hour drive) from JJ's to Orange Beach so I am pretty sure it will be a 2 day drive...I can at the very least meet her somewhere along the way and spend a day together. Shrug! I bet we can work something out, Thumbs up

Too cool...why am I not surprised by the planter? Hilarious!

How did the kids enjoy Bonnaroo?

Man, I need to get out of my own back yard... shows how much I know, I didn't know Orange Beach was in Alabama. *Blush* (Actually, we've been talking about going to Detroit, I gotta see Hitsville in my lifetime.)

That Chia Smiley came from one DS's kiddo's. He saw it in the store and said to his mom "Mom! It's got gardening and a smiley. We have to get it for Miss Julie!" He was so excited, as was I. Smiling

The kids loved Bonnaroo, as usual. I believe this is DD's 5th year, and DS's 6th or 7th. They said U2 was really good, which is why they want to see them again in September when they come to Buffalo. And they loved a bunch of bands I never heard of either (as usual).

Ya just need to jump for it Smiley. Thumbs up You could do it in a weekend as it is only about 4 -5 hours from you. I know the museum is closed on Mondays... (a friend went a couple years ago) but BB/LB could give you a Friday-Monday and you and Bill could actually enjoy the drive and Hitsville. Big Yellow Grin

Yeah, Orange Beach is right between Guld Shores and Perdido Key. I need to find out when JJ is leaving home and her route...I dunno if I can be gone the 3 -4 days, or if we can meet up along the way. Gonna try to catch up with her today.

That is so sweet of him. I am sure Miss Julie made a great impression on them all. Group hug

4-5 hours as the Canadian crow flies, Moon. DH never got his enhanced license so we were thinking of going the long way, stopping at the Rock & Roll HOF.

We wanted to see The Heidelberg Project also.
https://www.heidelberg.org/

I do payroll on Monday, so we could be gone Tuesday - Sunday. Even longer if we wanted, I could tell the payroll company in advance I won't be back until Tuesday.

I also said we can research diners, drive ins & dives to find good places to eat. Hurray!

That would be awesome!

It is pouring here today. Flash floods.. a bunch of roads are closed (for the meantime). The sewers on the street at work got clogged up with garbage, the water was almost to the office door!

Wont have to water.. Whistling
