That is pretty and it does remind me of the Senecio.

Well the thing about plants is that if it's growing where you don't want it to ~ then it's just a weed! Since i have lots of room, I don't find too many weeds Hilarious! Drive hubby crazy!

Ooo, is that a type of phlox Christine? I agree about the weeds, but I have a very small backyard so if it's not wanted it has to go Whistling

My gardens are starting to come to life... slower than any other year I've been here. We had a nice thundershower last night ... & all the prickly pear cactus are in full bloom now from our early spring rains.

Glad to see we are still here! Fingers crossed that everything will work out!

I love the prickly pear cactus! But it doesn't like me so much Hilarious!

True story; I was at a ranch a couple of years ago and the prickly pears were so pretty. I saw a couple of them laying on the ground so I think "I'll pick them up and take them home and maybe I can start my own prickly pear cactus plants." Soooo, yes, I pick it up to find out there are thousands of little tiny needles in the pear. Without thinking, I automatically grab the pears out of one hand with the other hand...so now I've got the prickles in both hands!! Rolling on the floor laughing Then when I go to set them back down on the ground, I hit my head on the cactus!! Now that hurts! Rolling on the floor laughing And I look like a porcupine because the large needles from the cactus are all over my forehead. My friend laughed the entire two hours it took her to get those prickles out of my head!
