Rock rose, Pavonia lasiopetala
Grows well in full sun or shade, flowers until freezing, this perennial comes back year after year here but is an annual in colder areas; it reseeds so you can expect to find new plants next summer.
This plant is sitting in a mostly shaded area & still is flowering... just not as many blooms.
