I have little larkspur up all over too, must be confused, I don't know if they will survive the winter. I do know the bachelors buttons come up in the fall and survive.

I have never seen tarragon flower either,can it be started by seed? I thought I read they always use cuttings? Is this french tarragon? Or is there more than one type?
