Family [inlaws] has come and gone!
I am now officially stuffed!

dh wanted to use the oven thermostat??? I am not used to using such modern conveniences---long story short, I don't think it was working correctly, it sat on 145 degrees for way too long. dh continued to insist. oh well, the turkey ended up slightly on the dryer side but it was so delish! organic, free range fresh turkey! the gravy was sooooooo good, very dark in color and full of flavor!

The fresh sage was very nice in the cornbread stuffing! the roselle sauce was also a hit!

I don't know if I will make it tonight to taste the fresh pumpkin pie.... tomorrow for sure!! Hilarious!
FAITH over fear!
