This is a sample of my first batch of salsa for the year. It has roasted sweet peppers, jalapeno, tomatoes, onion, garlic, cumin, salt & pepper. All the vegetables were homegrown. The tomatoes were a mix of red, pink, and a few yellow varieties. This batch made 10 pints.
