Name: Susan Zone 5 Charley's Girl Too/ HeHaw, HeHaw
After 10 days of triple digit temps we finally were under 100 yesterday and should be for at least the next week. I also received a gift of rain last night. Plants were thirsty for sure.
JB is wanting me to help her new shop grow, I hope she can get some customers and this helps....
It is time to start moving the starter plants so they can be shipped during the late summer early Fall weather and get settled in before Winter comes. Houseplants make great gifts and my plants are in beautiful condition.. They are priced to sell. The shipping is the kicker. When someone orders I get their zip code and calculate the postage according to the location and weight. If I send an invoice with $6.30 postage and the actual weight of the package is less and the postage comes out to $6.00, I refund you the 30 cents. It is worth it to me to help you save money. I have shipped 163 packages in the past year and I have 100% positive feedback, mostly because of the condition of the plants when they arrive and the way the plants are packed and shipped. I ship Priority mail but it is worth the money to save the plants.
I want to begin these last few weeks of summer by offering specials to only the cubit members. I have everything on eBay that is here on my store. I will be selling the same things to cubit members at a discount of several dollars each. I would like to have more than just 14members to begin my specials.
My plan is, if I can get more members, to reduce the item by $1.00 or more and not charge the Shipping and Handling fee of $1.00. There is at least a $2 discount to start. Depending on the number of plants I have on hand, the prices will be reduced even lower.
Wanted to let you know what my plans are, but I need more people before I begin. I hope you decide to help me. The link to the store is: http://cubits.org/JBsPlants/store/ Thanks again for joining my cubits and I can assure you it will be a pleasant experience.
Want to Thank Everyone.......
Girl, I have known that . I was born in Missouri. Charley has a new little brother. He is an English Bulldog and I absolutely adore him. I've been wanting a Bulldog since I was a child. That has been more than a day or two, Too. I went to a little school. We were the Bosworth Bulldogs. Now, I got my own Bulldog.....
Love your new puppy Charleen. We always got dogs from the pound, except for Sami, our mini schnauzer, which we got free from friend who raised them. Sami is such a different dog now since we lost our Molly, I know she misses her too.
Doris, I have to make myself do things.
Linda, Kaluha does play with T, Radar doesn't like anything at times and Lucky Brustus couldn't care one way or the other. T just runs around playing and sleeping too.
Doris, I wondered many times how Charleen keeps going. Do you happen to have more hours in the day than we do?? Constantly busy with crafts, fur babies, taking care of everyone, yes and posting a lot on facebook.
Strange things keep happening now. I was going to post something on facebook and they said they couldn't post to try again. Trying again just isn't helping so going to let computer "cool down" and go do my laundry.
Pegi, sometimes you just gotta make the hours as I am right now at 4 ami, I guess some of us need less sleep!.
I'm up and working at 4 am. Just hope I don't wake the kids.We are motivated by the things we feel we have to do.
Doris, I was always told, "If you want anything done, Ask a busy person".
When I look back to when I worked, I do not know how I fitted everything in to a day, let alone a week
Jon, How are you doing? Getting the house back together yet. How are the boys doing. I know they are growing....
Just gotta do what we need to do is the answer. Time is irrelevant....
