I had sodium problems and was salt-restricted until my fluid balance was fixed so I asked why I was given diet pop because it is FULL of sodium. Apparently they are different. Now, since my fluid is balanced, I have no salt (or sodium) restriction at all. You're right, makes you wonder if they 'know'.

Thanks Susan. My menu won't really change much. There is not evidence that diet had much influence. I've long been a vegetarian (that ate seafood but no other meat) and my sweets were only mass quantities of fruit. Now they want me to back off the fruit and juice, increase the protein, and limit carbs and exclude alcohol. (A bit less exciting).
I have always gotten a good amount of exercise taking care of this place and that will continue except that I should probably stay off ladders (I was painting the living room when the falling started and now it's still 1/4 done...yeech!).

Yes Jae cruising the Southern Caribbean to celebrate my big 60 this year. Girl I think we're both crazy, just stood on a chair yesterday to look at the back of the TV and Wham! Nothing broke but I will be sore for a couple of days. Did you have surgery or go to the hospital?
