My school girlfriend and I were just talking about that last night...she turns in April and I just turned 59 so she will be more than 1 &1/2 years my senior. TEE! (She's healthier though...but many are!) 60 still seems a long time away to ME! When I'm NOT sick, I think of myself as if I were 20 something. Maybe that's why illness has been so surprising to me....hummm

windows 8 totally confusing and they could not save anything and I am too old to learn all these new fangled things, also have to try to remember all my Favorites, at least I rememberd where you were.

Doris...same ting happened to me last December except my data was recoverable because I save to an external HD. They are really worth the trouble. I had a friend replace my computer. I couldn't because I was in the hospital and they only came with 8. I hate it too!

It's good to be back, I found out I have two desk tops, the new windows 8 and if I log in under my old log in I find my old desk top and all my stuff is the only problem is it takes forever to get to where I am going so I better learn the new one.
Computers have a mind of their own / server, the last few days, I could get through to Cubits only on the web, not vie: my email, still ok today

Surprise lilies are coming up through the snow in the garden. Weeds everywhere. The sand and the beach sound wonderful but right now I'm dreaming of a personal gardener to do all the grunt work and heavy lifting.
Jae I was on the phone with the cable company and she asked if my tv had an HD card slot. BTW, the answer is no.
I noticed the flowering quince is starting to bud out. It's getting closer to spring!

I am bursting with excitement over my next trip. In addition to seeing my nephew get his masters I am combining it with a visit to Plant Delights open house(http://www.plantdelights.com/OpenHouseDates.asp). Hoping I get my catalog soon so I can start reviewing and highlighting my wish list. I won't be going home for 5 days should I bring an extra suitcase and try to keep em alive in the luggage or just ship em? If I get bulbs I think they would do fine in the luggage.
