You have missed so much Charleen, when I was in my teens, a man from India worked in our department, he invited my friend and i to his house and there I had my first curry, yummy!.
Do what we did, Gobin started us on a mild curry and we made are way up to a Madras, that was as hot I could manage, but now back to mild again as I have got older, still yummy though Charleen. Take care, more snow here again.

Madras curry . Well due to my acidity problem I am now on boiled curry in the afternoon. Has any one ever heard of boiled curry tasteless dish wash water. Enjoyed the chillies and spices while it lasted. Heavy breakfast of two toast with an egg and at dinner, cornflakes. Good times gone .
Regards,
Arif.
Not to worry Arif, all things seems to change on the food and drink side as we get older or for health reasons, cannot take chillies or anything to spicy hot anymore.
Usually have porridge in the mornings while it is so cold here.
Hi folks how about a beef casserole, we are having that tonight, in the slow cooker at the moment, so can send some vie cubit line
Nice to see you back Jamie, give a hug to Inky from us. keep safe.
Boy, I'm up all bright and early this morning, which is a little surprising since I had to drink all of those bloody Mary's and a batch of mojitos with stevia
Okay, Jamie, I have it right this time! These are called Magic Mojitos - no alcohol or sugar but they are sooo delicious on cyber trips!! and a bonus because they are low calorie and very nutritional! you can have as many as you like with no side effects.
For Arif, we also have some Special Curry, it is so full of flavor and just the right spice, every time. But, of course without any side effects and very nutritional. can we serve it with some flat bread? I love the special baked flatbread!

Jamie and anyone else. We can go over here and visit Jon. He is still "arockin" there in Japan. but I bet he will be glad to hear from you all...
All the food is non fattening too!!!! Got meatballs in oven baking. These are called porcupine meatballs. Hubby is diabetic and I got to watch what I fix... but we are doing great and his blood sugar is getting better.
maybe we better find us a doctor to go with us to keep us healthy...

Thank Charleen, I will be interested in how Jon is doing!

Yes be careful of your diet don't eat this don't eat that and then one fine day they find out I have Sodium and Vit D shortages. Now it is please eat everything, take twice the quantity of salt. Now how can I take twice the quantity of salt? So now I put salt in my tea and have two eggs a day. This acidity problem controls a persons diet very well.

Arif.
