Relax. It's only a small setback.
Mel's Yellow Delight is a nice medium yellow bloom with just a hint of pink or lavender blush on the tips. Usually a good 8" diameter and slightly less deep. Thumb of 2010-09-17/Poochella/2ac4bb

I do too. Here's the bud showing the pinkish blush.

Yellow and lavender is an odd pairing on a bloom, very unique and I love lacinated blooms.

Beautiful bloom - I like how the color changes from bud to fully opened bloom. How tall does it get?

It's a good flower. I'd say 4 feet max, even in my sun-challenged location. We got beat up by heavy rains and then strong winds and these fluffy, full blooms withstood it all. :)

Are you still blooming down there?

I don't know! I woke up in the middle of the night regretting that I'd forgot to add a new one on Friday. Oh well.
Do you have a recommendation?

How about a pompon? They don't get enough love.

I'll get on that tomorrow evening... good choice.
