Oooh! Maybe I can get a River's Novelty from you? My tuber didn't survive through summer.

I just want to add one of each, really! Thumbs up

I am wondering if that noid that is NOT Maggie C might be Swan Island's Candlelight? That is about as exciting as it ever looked for me so I no longer grow it. It just didn't get enough sun here to to color up good. It would ALMOST do it, but that was not good enough to me and I sent it on to a warmer place several hundred miles south of my garden.

Does anyone have Hilltop's Lost Treasure to share? I think I might like it. I'd have to see whether the petals would take on those pretty colors here.

Kim, I thought Candlelight too when I saw your photo. When will your catalog be ready?

Noni, I should have Hilltop Lost Treasure. Am doing my tuber check this weekend.

Cynthia, I have Rivers Novelty. Thumbs up

I have only just started to divide tubers and start my inventory. What can I say, life happens.

It's great that you have the storage facility to be able to delay division! So, you label, wash and store the clumps before freeze, or do you have to wash the clumps now as well as divide?

My storage area is part of my 32'x80' basement. Since it has a dirt floor, the humidity is 70-75%, and the temperature is about 40°. When I dig earlier in the season, I hose off the tubers immediately, then let them cure for several days before I put them in the basement. Tubers that are harvested later when the weather is too cold to wash the tubers and leave them out, just get the dirt knocked off, cured in the front hallway, then put into the basement, and are washed and divided and put into labelled containers until it's time to ship.

Sorry, folks, didn't store well, don't know if it has enough "oomph" left for cuttings

I really like Shiloh Noelle, it's getting less common unfortunately. Your Croydon Masterpiece looks great too! Have not gotten that to grow well since 2007.

Hmmm, be wary of dahlia names that include "Lost"...lesson taken. I have a promise of one from another cubitser if theirs survives.... How did you like it. Cynthia? Did it do well last summer?

Hilltop Lost Treasure is alive and multiplied nicely here if anyone needs one.
