Starburst ( 5' ) grows about 12" taller than Morning Star here so I took that into consideration , instead of just seeing the top few flowers she will get to enjoy Starburst as it should fill just less than the bottom half of the window , may work HH Diamond into that plant out also and a HH Ripple in front of them sort of staggered with some white verbena , tall phlox and such
