We enjoy breeding new dahlias!
Lavender is color they use for flowers and not much else. i will always be confused about it as it is just a pink or a purple color to me.

I asked Margaret what color this was. She said lavender. I bet if I color chip it, that it comes out purple. I like her choice of lavender and since it is not a show flower we will call it lavender.
We like to place a sign on our porch that says: We are in the garden. Really, we are always in the garden.
