| Excellent article, Lance. I wish more people would bear in mind the things that you have written. As for cats enjoying the birds on the inside of a glass window, that is the safest place for them and for our birdie friends. We put feeders near our windows for our cat to enjoy seeing the birds as well as his human owners doing the same. I try to never get too fond of neighbor's dogs and cats when they run loose. Their lives will be short lived, much shorter than if they were kept under control. My indoor cat will likely outlive the outside cats by many years. Again, thanks for the well researched article. I just hope that the people reading it will pass the link on to their friends and family.
