I just read this article on NPR online. It seems the Chinese government has some intense policies in regards to regulating dogs and their potential for improper care and disease. A bit of an excessive 'all or nothing' policy, it seems.
Please keep your comments civil or at least not personal, even though I know this will create some strong reactions.
