I found this product for intended for public spaces interesting and pretty attractive. The photovoltaic solar collecting panels that also provide shade charge a set of batteries at the base of the umbrella/device. There are three outlets in the central column, which includes an LED display, that can be used to recharge laptops, cell phones or other electronic devices. It's known as the Solaris Sun Shading System.

Seems to be lots of product available that will help with charging our devices while on the move.
