Sigh. I have been trying for sometime to lower my calorie intake. Would like to get down ten pounds as a starting goal. Get to a certain age (I'm 49) and it just does not come off as it once did...and gain instead.

I have started eating more fruits and veggies...but need to continue working on that too. My biggest down fall is night time snack's. Soooo maybe I will join you here for some mutual encouragement.

Also need to walk more. Got two walks in last week and one this week so far...I know more walks will help me too.
