If you buy it (like the muffins), it's more likely than not a "bad" thing for you to eat. No boxed or pre-made anything here............make from scratch and no baked goods. Just good lean meat, chix breast, whole pork loin I cut myself into nice, thick chops and grill them (I take off the fat that is still on the outside), fish occasionally. I purchase canned beans, but everything else is fresh...........broccoli, carrots, spinach............No bread in the house at all. I only keep flour and sugar around for baking when I have to take something to a potluck. 10 pounds of flour and sugar lasts me MONTHS. Close to a year.
