I will have avocadoes at least once/week. They really are good for you!

Go to myfitnesspal.com (it's free), and it gives all the caloric value for food you eat. What I do is I decide what I'd like to have for a meal, put it in, and then adjust the amount I'm having so it's not so fat-laden! THEN I eat what I want, with the adjusted amounts, based on the calories! Big Grin
