We have bikes but rarely get them out...and when we do it seems like my BUTT (of all things) hurts afterwards Rolling on the floor laughing

I like to walk and like some of the rest of you like to be able to set my own pace. My neighborhood is surrounded by hills regardless of what direction I go, so even if my pace is slow I still get cardio. My goal is to do at least 3 walks a week.

I am going to be burning a few extra calories the next 5 weeks. I am volunteering at a camp for kids to do a stretch and relax class for them once a week. They come to the class on a rotation so I get 24 kids per class and 4 rotations. Almost 100 kids!!! Today was my first day...WOW...that was an experience!
