| yes SallyG - there sure is!! Now we can get explanations of all those "terms" we've heard.....
btw - Holly, there's a saying in the gym that from Christmas to mid-Feb is when people go to the gym. They want to get slim for the Christmas Parties, and can "eat as much as they like" cuz they've "pre-lost" the weight, then they continue until Feb because of the "New Year's Resolutions" and then the interested drops off. Then the gym gets "back to normal" with those that go there all year round.
I think everyone has a "season" they want to go for (bikini season?), but if they don't keep it up, they end up like me - putting the weight back on.
I need to keep going............. heck, right now I need to start again!!!!!!
