here is what i did
cut up a napa cabbabe thin
1 bad of any lettuce you like. i used spring mix
for the chicken i baked in oven. 2 chicken breast
then i marinate it overnight in 2 tsp sesame oil, 2 tbls lemon juice and low sodium soy sauce
next morning chop it all up
serve with a fat free oriental dressing of your choice.
not fancy but it works
oh and add top ramen noodles (crunched up raw), almonds, and the little oranges you get from in a can.
