Am I the only person baking bread. My sour dough has survived the second baking. I think the second actually tasted better than the first. Woody thought it terrific. Poor boy had to spend 3 days in the hospital. Maybe a cracked rib. Xray didn't show. Today the Honey Honey Whole Wheat is doing its second rising as we speak. Looking good. Getting ready to turn on the oven.
