To quote the website:
Stemma is an electronic journal
dedicated to Hoya, Eriostemma,
and Dischidia history, cultivation
and photography.
The journal is published quarterly,
and features an array of articles and
images from collectors and
botanists around the world.
I just went out the the stemmajournal website and it says that the domain may be up for sale and doesn't take you to the stemma journal. Do you know anything about this and is there another place I can get these journals.

oh dear You might be able to get them from someone who might have saved them. Carol (alohahoya) or Lin (plantladylin) might have copies they could send you.
Name: Carol Noel Hawaii (near Hilo) It's all about choices.
IF....IF I don't have them, a ltter to Mark asking for the files would be nice....very nice. The reason he became so disheartened is because no one seemed to care...or at least didn't express it to HIM...when it was active.
Lee Anne, I hope all 8 issues went through. I received two yahoo error messages saying files were too large on the Summer 2007 issue, and Autumn 2009 issue.
Carol: LOL, I'm glad they were still on our desktop computer. I lost everything on my laptop last spring when it crashed! My husband gave me a little thingy (I just had to ask him again what it's called ) - a Memory Stick and he showed me how to transfer the files from the desktop to my laptop. I probably won't remember tomorrow how I did it because I didn't take notes ... I don't remember how to do anything computer related unless I write it down. I agree, those Stemma Journals contain tons of great information, I love being able to refer back to them. So sorry to hear about Mark discontinuing the Stemma group on yahoo. Something happened with my computer and yahoo .. all of a sudden I couldn't post to the two yahoo groups I belonged to! Mark tried on his end to see what was wrong, but he couldn't see anything out of the ordinary and I never contacted yahoo to figure it out. I was able to read and view everything on the site, it just wouldn't let me post.
Lee Anne: I tried again sending the Summer 2007 Stemma issue but it's 24.3mb and won't transmit ... telling me the file exceeds the limit!?%# I don't understand computers at all ... it transmitted to me in 2007, why won't it let me send it to someone else? I tried from both my laptop and the desktop machines. If anyone has any suggestions please share.
Lali: Thanks for that link ... it let me download one of the issues I was missing but not the other. I'd like to have all of the Stemma issues so I will try again tomorrow.
