Name: Lee Anne Stark Ontario, Canada Perpetually happy!
It does stink!!
Yesterday was 82 F, I was out in the garden, everybody was mowing their lawns, the air smelled of fresh mown grass...I was happily moving perennials around, lots of things blooming.
Then BAM...snow.
The plus side is its going to get back up in the 80's by Thursday.
Name: Carol Noel Hawaii (near Hilo) It's all about choices.
I deeply respect and admire anyone living in your climates.....
@Doug....I hope you don't mind, but I gave your name to someone asking about growing hoyas in a climate similar to yours. You are THE BOMB when it comes to success in adverse conditions!!! Are you ready for H. patella?
I am thrilled that you gave my name to someone that likes Hoyas in my own state! She and a friend are going on a road trip to my house in July. I am very much looking forward to a chance to show off my plants in person to another enthusiast.
Yes, I guess I am ready for the H. patella and I am sending you a Cmail right now!
Oh my goodness ... SNOW??!!? I hope it doesn't last long in either of your area's.
We've been in the low to mid 80's the past few weeks, wonderful spring weather with warm temp's and very low humidity ... guess I should have known it wouldn't last, it's supposed to be 90º and 91º Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. The humidity is creeping back up there too.
Normally Im in the Fog in the morning till the sun burns it off, but this morning I was above it.....Looks like the sea level has risen and drowned everyone below.:))
