Now that spring is here and temps are warming up for some of our northern neighbors, I was wondering if there was a interest in a spring Hoya swap. Let me know your thoughts and interest.

Hi Carol......Thats what I was thinking would be the best way. I will have my DH draw the names. And I want to stress that everyone is welcome to join, doesn't matter if you only have a few EA common Hoya's or have a large collection of Hoya's.

I'm in. I think when we did this in the past we set the number of cuttings at three - if you wanted to throw more in you could, but mininum of three.

I'm in! I think my plants can give up just about three cuttings as most are newer and not very big.

Yea......
Thanks for joining me Doug and Lali.
I posted the details on Carols Cubit with a min. of 4 cuttings but if 3 is all some can do that ok by me. I realize some collections are newer and smaller.

Heres what I posted:

Calling all Hoya enthusiasts.....

Now that spring is here and our winter friends up north are starting to thaw out. I thought it would be nice to start the season off with a Hoya swap of cuttings. Doesn't matter if you have a small or vast collection everyone is welcome, as this is how most of us have expanded our collection and made new trading friends. So what do ya think? Want to join me in a swap?

Details:

Cuttings should be 3-4 nodes min. with a min. of 3 cuttings.
Swap open till April 24th,boxes shipped by April 30th.
Names put in a hat,DH will draw names for partners.
I contact you with your swap partner.
When you join the swap contact me with a c-mail with your mailing info to pass to your swap partner.
To avoid sending plants illegally or possible confiscation this swap will be limited to the US.

And a big Thank-you to Carol for allowing me to post this on her Cubit

*****edited to now say a min. of 3 cuttings.....more if you wish to add them.

Hi Song,

It's where a bunch of us get together that live here in the US and swap cuttings of our Hoya's. Unfortuately we do limit it to the states due to custom regulations and to prevent any packages from being confiscated and destroyed. I wish that wasen't the case as I really would like to be able to see our Canadian neighbors and oversea friends able to join us. Makes me sad. Crying
