Superb job! I like a bit of the rustic, too, so if it's not absolutely necessary you might want to rethink the paint job. Beautiful color coordinating. Did you plan that or just go shopping and came home with that?

We've had a frost as late as June 3rd...so I usually feel safe planting annuals and veggies after the first of June. We'll get our first frost sometime early September. So 3 months of guaranteed summer.

Lovely Lee Anne!

Dom,
Maybe three months of swimsuit weather, but May & September can be very nice, too. I have had pansies thriving well into October.....

So, to be fair, I'd say 5 months of "summer". May to September. Thumbs up

Maybe just one more Big Grin

Shows my gardening style, such as it is...chaos :))although Mom keeps trying to tame it and get a bit of order.

This is the front of the house along the road, in the distance you can see where it curves up the side yard.

Wow! That's great Lee Anne; I really love the blanket flowers, their colours are very vibrant. Speaking of vibrant, that orange flowered plant I asked you about is flowering, so I'll get a picture for you soon. Nobody who's seen it, including a Master Gardener, could ID it, so its really got me curious.
