I've decided I want a Hoya tattoo. Now to find the perfect image! Anyone out here have any cool Hoya tattoo ideas? Do you even like tattoos? I don't care for offensive ones, I like floral images, personally. That way, when I'm an old lady, I won't look entirely ridiculous! I was just looking @ Dom's image of H. engleriana . I think that image would make one cool shoulder piece! ![]() Wow, I really am hooked! ![]() ![]() ![]() "When you have only two pennies left in the world, buy a loaf of bread with one, and a lily with the other." - Chinese Proverb |

This artist has some of the best floral tattoos I've seen While she doesn't have any hoya per se, she does have some amazing art that may help with inspiration and ideas http://www.divingswallow.com/marie.asp?cat=4 Perception is Unique! |

Dom, What a kind & generous offer! ![]() Lali, The beauty of those pieces...immeasurable. They are stunning! ![]() Doug, Totally! ROAD-TRIP! ![]() 3G, Will do. Thanks for the hot tip! ![]() Carol, I understand why Ed G. would go for a Hoya with heavy colour in the bloom. White tattoo ink is fickle! ![]() David, He could always get another tattoo! ![]() Later today, if anyone is interested, I will post a picture of my ankle and the ink pansy that resides on it. Pansies are an old garden favorite of mine. My dear Nana, who is long gone, would always have beds of them everywhere... Being that my last name is Boatwright, ancestors were shipbuilders in England, my wife and I have matching tats on our lower calf of a ship in full sail! |

Ouch. I know many people love tattoos ...may be they love the pain that the needles give them.... Tattoo looks nice but one can not help thinking about how painful it must be. I can not understand why people get tattoos on back(some even get them on their behinds) when they can not see it themselves.Specially these big and painful ones........I do not think they walk without shirt everywhere either, for others to enjoy the tattoo. ![]() |
