Unfortunately, this has not bloomed yet and I know it is NOT H. glabra. I don't have any clue what it is at this point....any ideas? The leaf is about 10" long.Thumb of 2012-01-30/AlohaHoya/b2a73a

If you have a leaf similar, but not as large, it could be my growing conditions AND the new fertilizer.
Leap. The net will appear.

Michele Rhodda says he thinks H. latifolia. I really respect his knowledge and experience!!! I think I shall call it H. aff. latifolia until it blooms and can get a better idea!!!!

Oh Carol, that is a lovely plant , beautiful and very attractive leaves. Got to bloom some time.
How about using a little bloom booster fertilizer. Would not harm the plant with a short term use.May be once or twice.....diluted with water....sometimes,very stubborn plants bloom with these common bloom boosting synthetic fertilizers.
Since you give your plants plenty of organic stuff,I think they would be fine.
