Thank you in advance!!!

It's all about choices.
It's very hard to tell....the leaves look like H. carnosa... could be one of the thousands of seedlings running around of H. pubicalyx or H. carnosa. Way to tell more is to compare the corona to the corona of any of the H. pubicalyx .... (I would do it but I'm short on time right now... Big Grin )

Did you compare the coronal lobes? Looks, colors, leaves....these are not stable even within the species. Leaves have different apex....

o.k. Carol,
you are right. But the differences in the bloom are really difficult to see. If you had´nt told it I´ve never seen it. Do you have any idea what it might be???
Maybe a red flowering carnosa????

I don't know of one. But I would almost bet my life on the fact that it's a seedling from someone being passed around as something else.... Glare It happens. Wouldn't bother me because it's a lovely plant/bloom but if they paid special to have a certain cultivar then I would really be pissed!!!!

Yeah,
to owner wrote, he got it as a cutting in a botanical garden and there they didn´t even know that it was a Hoya. I gonna ask him what he has paid for it. So I think, he didn´t pay to much...... But anyway, you are right Carol, it´s a really beautiful bloom I agree maybe I ask him to get a cutting.... Big Grin

On second thought....take a look at this hoya....Thumb of 2012-06-05/AlohaHoya/01d40b

Hoya sp. BanNgongNgoy IML1514. Clear sap like H. pubicalyx/H. carnosa. Flower very similar (VERY) to H. pubicalyx with H. carnosa type leaves. The shape of the corolla is a good match...color is not relevant.

One of my best hoyas...blooms to beat the band, blooms last long, grows like topsy...
