It is with a heavy heart, and great sadness, I post tonight. Tom, of Pike Lake Greenhouse, lost his courageous battle with cancer this week. Those who have dealt with Tom over the years, knew him to be a kind soul, who was passionate about Hoyas. He especially was fond of miniature varieties, and was always happy to chat and offer advice. Canadian Hoya growers have lost a dear and kind friend. He will be deeply missed by all who made his acquaintance.
