I need some plastic pot hangers .....made of plastic....... the ones that clip on the edges and have 3-4 arms. Does anyone know where to get them?

Well, since I have not found these,I went to Lowes and bought small size Zip ties(cable ties). I would poke holes in the pots , little below the rim and pass the zip tie through holes and make loops. Then I would simply attach wire hangers to these loops. Before, I passed the wires directly through the holes and some pots are too thin walled for that. I could nestle these pots into sturdy ones but that may invite bugs between the walls.
I will keep looking for plastic hangers because plastic hangers tolerate windy weather better.

Julie,I looked at -www.orchidsupplies.com/, http://www.repotme.com › Orchid Supplies, http://www.kkorchid.com/ , http://www.ofe-intl.com/ and several others.
OFE has these things only with their hanging pots. And their clips are different.

Yes, looked at this one too. Plastic ones that they have will not hold my pots. I have some at home similar to that. The part that fits on the basket has to have a straight end and a curved end and theirs has both ends curved. May be I should try calling them to see if they got anything else. Thanks for taking time to help.

MJ,thanks. That second link seems to have the one I am looking for. However, it is hard to figure out their shapes even with the enlarged view. May have to just get a few and see if that works out.

Alka, they work well with the firmer pots that have a lip on one side. The "straight side" of the hanger goes on the inside of the pot, then there is a little "clippy" part on the other side that hooks under the lip of the outer edge of the pot.. I hope that makes sense. They are great for small/med size...but for big heavy pots not so well. But if you have a drill you can always get the other ones and drill your own holes in the side of the pot. Just set it on it's side with a piece of wood under the pot, drill a hole and Voila ! You have a pot you can use the wire hangers on. My SO leaves Drill, and assorted bits out for me as he knows I'll be into them as I'm always improvising. Better to leave them out than me making a mess digging thru them all to find the different sizes I need for whatever project I may be working on...OR calling him at work asking where I can find what I need.

Power tools ARE a girls best friend. I am glad other women like tools too, now I do not feel like I am weird. Whistling I have various drills and what not at home too, hubby never uses anything . Did you know there is a special drill for plastic ?
I will experiment with drilling since I bought all that stuff to improvise and it is fun . Nobody cares about my hillbilly pots here anyway.I just hope that hole I drill do not tear the pot. Pots are not heavy though, just thin walled. Sheesh......I am going round and round trying to figure out how to hang my pots.
Thanks for neat ideas and links. I knew I could rely on all of you. Group hug
