One of my Hoya carnosa's was looking very bad.2 of the long stems started dying. The leaves started wrinkling and falling off. Then the bare stem began to dry up starting in the pot.I pulled it out of the pot and i found all these bunches of white dots. I removed all soil washed off all roots and now it is growing great.Just wondering what it could have been on the outside of the soil and in the holes in the bottom of the pot. ![]() ![]() ![]() I asked for a flower and he gave me a garden, then grand-kids to work in it with me!!!! |

Looks like root mealie bugs to me. You can use a poison...but if you put about 2 T of detergent in a gallon of water and dunk the plant in it...root ball and all or about 10 seconds, that should kill them...and not hurt the plant. Leap. The net will appear. |
