What are the Best flowering and most fragrant Hoya? My H. lacunosa is almost constantly in bloom and has a wonderful and powerful fragrance. I love it. How do the Odorata, Iris Marie, rupicola, and 'Star Gazer' compare to H. lacunosa? Thanks. |

IMHO Hoya calycina 'Stargazer' is an early and prolific bloomer, with the one of the strongest fragrances (and a pleasant one at that). It is mostly an autumn flowerer, but well worth waiting for ![]() Iris Marie blooms all summer and autumn for me (quite an achievement in the UK!) My clone isn't very fragrant, however, the one Carol grows is ![]() I don't have experience of odorata or rupicola. Hope that helps. |

Thanks Julie. Growing plants here in Ohio is sometimes limiting as well but I have good luck with some Hoyas. |
