ok, so right now i have my plants in a mix that 50/50 soil and perlite but im still not liking how wet they like to stay... so i was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of some reading material on different potting methods/materials... i am particularly interested in hydroton, but i dont know what all goes into it... if i plant them in that can i still just top water or do they need to be in contact with water all the time? i move my plants outside during the summer and bring them in during the winter and most of them are hung, not arched... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! i probably wont change anything until next year when i have a little more money...
enjoy that which god has given us... family, friends... and plants!

It's all about choices.
There are some posts re: potting medium using hydroton on Aloha Hoya. Also on Hooked on Hoya. You just have to look....
Leap. The net will appear.
