Beautiful!
My H. kanyakumariana has not bloomed since I moved it from the South window to the North side. I guess it needs a little sun, huh? I thought it was getting some sunburn so I moved it last year.
All beutiful blooms, I can see I need to get some of these.
My kanyakumariana has not bloomed either. Trying to figure out what it needs. More sun?Cooler weather?
Too hot here ,feels like sauna outside.

When the vines get long, I put them OVER the pot and anchor them down...it is getting fuller and fuller. This started with ONE cutting! Just got a white patella in a trade and looking forward to that one too.
Gorgeous blooms, Kim...I'm green with envy!! Carol....what an awesome H. patella...it's worth its weight in GOLD!! I'll send you the money for shipping it to me!! LOL Fondly, Patrick
Carol...that is the prettiest patella I have seen. It looks likes a huge pot you have it in. Is it an 8 inch or what? In my experience, most hoyas bloom best when pot bound, or at least fill the pot. It would seem that one could not be filling that big pot. Am I correct? Did you just keep potting it up as it grew?

Thanks, Marcy. I just kept potting it UP...and it's in a 14" bulb pot (which is wider than it is deep) which I find Hoyas really like to grow in as hoya roots like to spread out on whatever surface it is growing on rather than go deep. It grows in very high indirect light and gets good air circulation. Thanks again!
