Things have been quiet for awhile, time to wake up and get active. What's every one been doing.
It's been a long cold winter in the green house, and I guess my losses are acceptable..... if there's such a thing when it comes to Hoyas.
Hello everyone! I'm new here and thought I'd say hello! I'm in the pacific northwest and we've had quite the mild winter compared with the rest of the country. Most of my hoyas "woke up" in February which seemed super early! The Pubicalyx are waving about looking for something to grab a hold of and everywhere I look I see new growth! I love this time of year!
Hello everyone,
I'm not new to the forum just quiet. I too am very excited watching my hoyas awaken to Spring. Good to see the forum getting active again also. I love all the advice and beautiful pictures that are shared. I hope to have some to add this year.
It's been ages since I've been over here! I hope you're all having a fantastic spring. It was a long winter in my neck of the woods. Now everything is growing and/or budding up. Seems like a good time to show some flowers. I'll post back when I get home!
Thank you! The 'Minibelle' smells a lot like the H. pubicalyx to me but not as strong. I was amazed by the scent of 'Chiang Mai', it was stronger than I thought it would be considering what I've read. I wasn't as rich of a smell as the 'Minibelle' but strong and fresh. Love it!
Thank you for asking. I'm new to growing Hoya and new to Cubits and have enjoyed reading and viewing everyones posts.
