Jimmy...it is H. odorata. H. cembra has not been found.

(Explanation: some people travel out into the wilderness, find a hoya, look for an identification and if they find NOTHING that shows the hoya they found has been published, they do the research and name it and publish it. OTHERS look thru Unpublished material and they find an interesting hoya with an Herbarium Sheet already made and the write up done correctly, they name it and publish it. Schlecter has many many collections from his travels, some of which have been written up but never published. The work/research involved with both processes is about the same.)
