Thanks, Doug...my point exactly!!! The Database can be changed quickly: a book would be outdated before it were printed!!! And to accomodate all of the information...it would be HUGE=expensive. There is a new book coming out of the Netherlands sometime this year on Hoya Horticulture... I am hopeful they will have more information in it beside how to grow hoyas in Norther Europe!!!!

Even if someone has NO different information than, say, someone has already posted...their information on growing could confirm an issue for someone i.e. someone in Vermont grows H. acuta ABC and another in Montana grows it the same way...it would give the information that in cold/dry/northern areas with HUGE daylight length swings hoyas can be grown a certain way. No?

The same thing with Growing Medium...

I will go in there and add info, too...

Lee Anne...one thing I find irksome is the two sections: one to add a new hoya and one is the entire database. Confusing....to me? Can it be clearer?
