Okay, here it goes... had to translate it from Swedish, but I hope I got all the crochet words correct: the first "circle" is 8 chain stitches, the second is 16 trebles (first one is 3 chain stitches), the third is 16 double trebles (first one is 6 chain stitches = 4 for the treble and 2 extra) with 2 chain stitches in between, the forth is 16 double trebles (first one is 7 chain stitches = 4 for the treble and 3 extra) with 3 chain stitches in between, the fifth is 16 double trebles (first one is 8 chain stitches = 4 for the treble and 4 extra) with 4 chain stitches in between, the sixth is 16 double trebles (first one is 9 chain stitches = 4 for the treble and 5 extra) with 5 chain stitches in between. This "pattern" gives you a very shallow "bowl", almost flat and after that sixth row I stop increasing and just crochet up. My pattern fits a pot 11 cm in diameter (1 inch is 2.5 cm), just so you have something to work with. I just hope it makes sence!! The crochet hook I use is 2.5. If that makes sence... I also crochet very tight, so take that into consideration. I'm enclosing a photo of the bottom. /Christina ![]() |
